Introduction

Martin Luther used the transformational leadership concept in challenging the injustices and racism, directing a new roadmap to racial justice and democracy.

Therefore, health care administrators should effectively apply emotional intelligence and transformational leadership concept to lead nurses and other health care professionals in delivering high-quality health care services to the people.
