1.Write down Causes and Implications of the Digital Divide
 
Keep this relatively short but very well referenced in IEEE format.  The idea is that the reader will later see how a (ICT )Digital Divide is currently existing in rural India and how this could be impacting on people with visual disabilities.  Cover this in the following steps:
 
1.Define and Explain the Digital Divide  – specifically  Define and Explain the Digital divide for People with Visual Disabilities in regional India with (reference ).please see the following link to give the answer of this point.
 
2.Apply the DD by discussing what causes this (focus on ICT but cover other aspects such as education) and then explain the implications.  Give a minimum of two case studies.  Please use this hyperlink In relation to these case studies explain the social, economic, employment, etc. implications when this happens.  In the case studies, identify the key causes of the Digital Divide (this is critical as it will then define the things that you are looking for in the case of the roll out of Digital India).
 
3. Provide a summary of the causes for the Digital divide which becomes hurdle for visually disabled people in India. please only focus on ICT related issues that visually disabled people face .do not include extra information please your all work should be revolve around ICT,digital divide and visually disability people in regional india
