The company plans to expand their presence into the c. They have confidence that the North American market is the best one for their business, but, given they plan to source materials such as wool from Australia, textiles from South America, cotton from Africa, denim from Japan, and shoes from Western Europe, they are concerned about the impact of the Corona Virus on their supply chain. 
Your team is tasked with reporting on the impact that Corona virus will have on their supply chain and what measures they can take to address this issue.
 
The management of the firm has established contacts with their suppliers and currently ships everything to Australia in order to manufacture. They are concerned that this might not be efficient, though they are proud to be one of the few companies still making apparel in Australia. 
Recommendations
1. Establishing supply chain partners in those regions of the world that have specialised crisis-systems in place to remain operational during unpredictable circumstances.

2. Focus on sustainable production, where materials are sourced from domestic firms creating arbitrage opportunities. Digital Supply networks: creating a centralised supply chain through predominantly digital resources.
