This study article provides that nurse burnout is a global issue with an undeniable increasing rate. This leads to nurses leaving their jobs after gaining only a few years of experience. The article used a correlational statistical procedure to explain the different variables for the research. Article 2 used quantitative cross-sectional methods to assess burnout syndrome among 188 samples of nurses. The methods collected data using a questionnaire to explain emotional exhaustion and underachievement based on burnout syndrome. Both of these methods are different in data analysis aspects, but they help to interpret information to explain nurse burnout clinical problem.
