1. Read the entire article, paying particular attention to the case of Motherwell et al. v. Motherwell, the sample briefs of this case that are provided.
Prepare a case brief of Gudzinski Estate v. Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company Limited found on pp. 301-304 of the course pack. Be sure to follow the example of the first sample brief of Motherwell et al. v. Motherwell. In following this example I would like you to ignore the heading “Reasons for Judgment” (what follows under this heading can simply be treated as also falling under the “Ratio Decidendi” of the case
