CRITICAL REVIEW.

2. – Provide an informed, objective and balanced review sourced from a literature search tied to a particular topic, summarising relevant research, theories and ideas

-Structural evidence (structural evidence refers to abnormalities or damage to the brain
structures, i.e. lesion studies, and how damage to part of the frontal lobe may result
in impairment)
-Functional evidence (functional evidence refers to evidence that shows us brain
activation while on task, for example, fMRI scans while completing a task shows us which parts of the brain light up and are active).
4. Analyse and critique the research:
– Methodologically (so maybe discussing the approach they use, like neuro-imaging techniques, and some of the issues or advantages of methods).
– Theoretically, so how does the research apply to the
assignment question and help you address it.
