This assessment task is an reflective essay on an organization operating either local or international which makes use of different platforms of internet (web sites, social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Webcast or Podcasts etc., E-mail…) for its public relations. This organization can be public, private, profit/ not-for profit organization.

The purpose of this assignment is to familiarize you with the potential of internet as an effective tool of modern Public Relations. It also aims to familiarize you how an organization makes use of internet at different levels to communicate with its different publics.

You are required to submit the essay in around 600 words. The essay should include, but not limited to, the following:

1. A titlepage
2. Brief information about the organization and its nature of work.
3. A short outline of the key publics of the chosen organization.
4. Identify and describe the various internet-based tools used to communicate with the publics.
5. A description of how these tools help the organization to achieve the goal.
6. A list of references that you referred to in your assignment.
