• 需要先分析仓库会影响的运营费用都有哪些？(例如depot costs, driver wage costs, vehicle running costs等，具体需要去看excel model做全面分析）。
• 需要去拆分这些“运营费用”，比如driver wage costs都是由什么组成的？（小时费x小时数+超时部分的工资？）这个costs会被什么外部因素影响？比如会delay？为什么会delay？怎么避免delay? 等等。
• 需要找老师确认我们的费用记的是否正确，以及要更多的费用，除了annual operation costs 以外，还需要考虑depot相关的什么cost? 看仓库人员的工资，以及员工数量？
• 需要分类讨论各种情况，并分析给出性价比最高的一个选择（费用最低、所用时间、所走路线最少）。这个还需要结合Excel中所给的历年路线写。已知到Depot C是一定要关的，除此以外，还该关哪个？留哪个？还是都关了，开Depot Z?
• 这部分不需要考虑任何除雪材料相关的内容，仅仅在比较仓库变更。这一项在作业要求的第二点，但我认为这个应该第一个写。因为完全还没考虑到Rubicon，就只是Gritsalt而已。

Rubicon的优势

首先c仓库是必须关闭的。目前尚不知道是否将三个仓库重置到一个大仓库。因此方案一：只关闭c仓库，A不关，B不关。方案二：A,C关。B不关。方案三：B,C关，A不关。方案四:A,B,C都关。通过分析以上四种方案比较出最具有成本效益的方案
